Referenzbereich

Gemäß Consensus Report on Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Mycophenolic Acid in Solid Organ Transplantation 2010 gelten folgende therapeutische Bereiche (jeweils Talspiegel):

Nach Nierentransplantation:
≥1,3 μg/ml in Kombination mit Cyclosporin A
≥1,9 μg/ml in Kombination mit Tacrolimus

Kinder:
1-3,5 µg/ml in Kombination mit Calcineurin-Inhibitor

Nach Lebertransplantation:
>1 µg/ml in Kombination mit Calcineurin-Inhibitor
>1,5 µg/ml in Monotherapie

Nach Herztransplantation:
2-3 µg/ml in Kombination mit Tacrolimus

Therapie von Autoimmunerkrankungen (z. B. SLE, Sjögren-Syndrom, Vaskulitis):
3-4,5 µg/ml Talspiegel 12 Std. nach Einnahme

Für Talspiegel >3,5 µg/ml wurden gehäuft unerwünschte Wirkungen beschrieben.
