Handling personal data
All personal data that you send us in connection with collaboration, applications, registration for events and/or enquiries is subject to strict security safeguards during processing. Furthermore our website is automatically encrypted with SSL (Sockets Layer Protocol). SSL is the industry standard for the transfer of confidential data over the Internet.
MVZ Dr. Eberhard & Partner Dortmund (ÜBAG) also undertakes all necessary technical and organisational measures to safeguard against the loss and abuse of your personal data. Your data will only be stored for as long as required for the specified purpose. Subsequently the deletion takes place. And personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.Upon request we will give you accessto the information that we have stored concerning you. You also have the right to withdrawa previous consent in writing, at any time and with effect for the future. In case of your withdrawal we will delete your personal information immediately. Please contact our data protection officer.
Note on application processes
By applying to MVZ, you agree that your application and your personal data will be stored by the MVZ Dr. Eberhard & Partner Dortmund for a period of six months so that it may be considered for any vacancies that arise during this time. You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons by notifying us at datenschutz@labmed.deor otherwise in writing.
E-mail security
Please note that data transfer on the Internet can be subject to security holes (e.g. in the case of communication via e-mail) over which we have no control. The complete protection of data from access by third parties to the content of unencrypted e-mails is not possible.
